EntreComp: The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework.

From the official abstract: “…the EntreComp framework is set to become a reference de facto for any initiative aiming to foster entrepreneurial capacity of European citizens. It consists of 3 interrelated and interconnected competence areas: ‘Ideas and opportunities’, ‘Resources’ and ‘Into action’. Each of the areas is made up of 5 competences, which, together, constitute the building blocks of entrepreneurship as a competence. The framework develops the 15 competences along an 8-level progression model and proposes a comprehensive list of 442 learning outcomes. The framework can be used as a basis for the development of curricula and learning activities fostering entrepreneurship as a competence. Also, it can be used for the definition of parameters to assess learners’ and citizens’ entrepreneurial competences.”

Reinventing Organisations

Frederic Laloux’s Reinventing Organizations is considered by many to be the most influential management book of the last decade. It has inspired thousands of organizations throughout the world to take a radical leap and adopt a whole different set of management principles and practices.

“Reinventing Organizations,” authored by Frédéric Laloux, presents a vision for a new management paradigm called the “Teal organization,” which aims to create more soulful, conscious, and effective businesses and institutions. Based on three years of research, the book explores the concept of organizations evolving alongside shifts in human consciousness, suggesting that a new stage of organizational structures may emerge. These Teal organizations emphasize wholeness, self-management, and evolutionary purpose, departing significantly from traditional hierarchical models.

The Young Entrepreneurs Organization of the European Union

The Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization of the European Union (JEUNE) is a Brussels-based organization founded in 1994 that represents over 1.6 million young entrepreneurs from 20 European countries. JEUNE advocates for young entrepreneurs by lobbying the EU and other international organizations, with the goal of promoting youth entrepreneurship, supporting young entrepreneurs’ organizations in Europe, and reducing youth unemployment.

StartUp is a documentary podcast series that dives into the nitty-gritty world of launching a business. This website, hosted by one of the co-authors of these guidelines, contains articles and descriptions of methods related to leadership, planning and teaching. Agile Retrospective Resource Wiki

Retrospectives are an important part of the Agile methodology. The Agile Retrospective Resource Wiki provides a valuable collection of tools and methods that can be easily adapted to different stages of business planning and management.
